Our FOUNDATION SERIES continues with part 2: THE HYPERTROPHY PROGRAM. A one-month program designed to build lean muscle mass, improve mind-muscle connection, increase joint stability and introduce tempo training so you can perform, look and feel better in every aspect of your life.

Included are 3 Workouts / Week x 4 weeks for the best version of you. Whether your goal is to get shredded abs or be able to shred on the mountain this year, The Foundation Series is designed to turn you into the strongest, fittest and most confident version of yourself.

The Best Part? You'll be doing the digital program right along with us in-person meaning you can connect with us all month long to get help on specific movements and be motivated by the community!

SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

When does the program start and can I start anytime?
The program launches the week of February 3rd and we'll be starting in-person but you can start anytime and do it on your own.

What equipment do I need?
This program is designed to be performed in a gym setting, so you will need access to DBs and KBs, but feel free to modify, and substitute if needed or reach out and we’d be happy to assist you with alternatives.

Are there any pre-requisites to doing the program?
We recommend being able to hold a 1 minute plank, do a continuous 10 min run or row and be familiar with how to perform a bodyweight squat, good morning, and standing overhead press.

Will I get support?
Yes! The best part is that you'll be doing this along side our in-person community! We'll be posting tips all month long and would love to see your workouts! You can also DM us anytime with questions or for more support!
