OPTION 1: PRE-WORKOUT
Our pre-workout massage will incorporate in quicker movements and assisted stretching techniques to improve blood circulation & core temperature, restore range of motion, increase energy, and prep your body for a great, effective workout!

Our post-workout massage incorporates slower movements, getting deep into tissues with de-lamination techniques and longer stretches to lengthen fascia, promote healing, reduce soreness, and recover tired muscles from your workout.

Experiencing chronic pain due to an old injury, musculoskeletal disease, or past surgery? Our certified massage therapist can also tailor your sessions to accommodate your specific needs in order to reduce pain and improve your overall musculoskeletal health.

The InBody machine uses multiple frequency, bio-electrical impedance technology. This allows for a highly accurate measurement of a person’s body fat as well as water, lean mass, overall weight, and Basal Metabolic Rate.

Bio-electric impedance works by sending a safe, small alternating current through the body. It’s painless and doesn’t pose any risk of side effects. The test is non invasive, meaning no dunking, pinching or discomfort and it only takes about 40 seconds.

Work with a physical therapist who understands you. This isn’t your average PT experience. You will get a tailored program for a faster recovery in fewer sessions. Your PT and trainer work together, so you can be confident staying active in the gym. And, it’s conveniently located right here at Bossfit.

PELVIC HEALTH
Pelvic health physical therapy can help the body adjust to the changes surrounding pregnancy and postpartum. This helps you stay active during pregnancy, speed up your postpartum recovery, and keep you doing the things you love.

BOSS BUILD UP CLASSES
This seasonal 6-week progressive strengthening program for postpartum mamas builds confidence and empowers you in your postpartum fitness journey.
Included are weekly guided workouts emphasizing the core, pelvic floor, and functional movements for postpartum recovery. Classes are appropriate for all levels once cleared for exercise postpartum.
