HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?

We’d love to have you try a Bossfit class! You can book any of our Community Classes (Sweat, Mobility, Yoga) by clicking the “Book A Class” button from the navigation menu. Find the class you want to join on the schedule and create a profile. You can choose to do a single drop-in class ($25) or a multiple class pass. Once you’ve booked a class, you’ll get a welcome email with everything you need to know about attending your first class. If for some reason you need to cancel, sign back into your account and choose the class you want to cancel.

WHAT IF I WANT TO JOIN A STRENGTH CLASS?

Our strength classes require a consultation before attending. If you are interested, click the “Schedule a Consult” button from the navigation menu. Fill out your info and a team member will reach out to you as soon as they receive it.

WHEN CAN I RESERVE A CLASS?

Our classes open for reservations 3 days in advance. They book up so make sure to snag a spot quickly!

HOW DO MEMBERSHIPS WORK?

Our class passes give you access to any Community Class and expire within 6 months from purchase date. They do not renew so just reload as you go!

Our Unlimited + Hybrid memberships auto renew every 28 days. You aren’t locked into a contract, so to change or cancel a membership, just let the front desk know at least 3 days BEFORE your membership renews!

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT CLASSES/PROGRAMS ARE BEST FOR ME?

We highly suggest doing a free consultation to start with! We love helping you with your unique goals and our consultations are a way to assess your ability and discuss your goals so we can recommend what will be best for YOU.

WHAT’S INVOLVED IN A CONSULTATION?

Our consultations are FREE because we want to make sure we are a good fit for you and steer you in the right direction before starting your fitness journey with us. You’ll meet 1:1 with a trainer to discuss your goals and what you are looking for. Then we’ll take you through a short movement analysis of the main movement patterns to assess any imbalances and figure out where you are starting from and what you need! Consultations take about an hour. Make sure to wear workout clothes!

WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES?

We always try and meet you where you’re at and help you grow from there! Our team specializes in pain free performance, so we recommend scheduling a consultation first so we can dive into what YOU specifically need and then build a program to accommodate and address any injuries. If you’ve had a serious injury or recent surgery, please get doctor clearance and any recommendations from them before coming in.

 

STUDIO POLICIES

NO SHOWS:

As our classes are typically full and we design the flow of the workout based on the number of people in class, please be respectful and cancel as soon as possible. A no show will result in in a loss of a class credit if you are on a class pass or a $20 no-show fee if you are on an unlimited pass.

CANCELLATION WINDOW:

For morning classes (5am, 6am, 7am), you must cancel your reservation NO LATER than 10pm the night before.

For afternoon/evening classes (12pm, 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm), you must cancel NO LATER than 2 hours before the start of class.

WAITLIST POLICY:

When a class is full, you'll have the option to join the waitlist. If you are next on the waitlist and a spot becomes available, you will receive a text message asking if you want to be added to a class. Once you receive the text message, you’ll have ONE HOUR to confirm your place or the next waitlist person will be added. To confirm your place, log into your account on the website or member app, go to the calendar and click “Yes Reserve My Spot” in the pop-up window. If you do not click this, you will not be added to the class.

LATE ARRIVALS:

Please try to arrive on time, coming into class late disrupts the flow of the class and the experience of the other members. We recommend you arrive to class 5 minutes ahead of time to get situated and start warming up. We like everyone to have at least a few minutes on the machines before class starts.
