Personal training is just that - personal. When you become a personal training client at Boss, you’ll get a custom training plan, accountability check-ins, access to Inbody composition scans, nutrition and habit guidance and most importantly, a skilled team who care about you and your goals.

All Personal Training packages are made up of 60-minute sessions. Each package also includes access to our Hyperice Recovery Area, and discounts to our in-house Wellness Services such as Physical Therapy and Acupuncture. 


 HOW TO GET STARTED

FIRST, WE’LL MATCH YOU UP WITH YOUR TRAINER.

Once we receive your consult request we match you up with a trainer. This is to ensure that your unique goals, needs, and personalities align. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, want to lose weight, or just move better, your trainer is there! They’ll help you develop a strong Foundation in movement, stability, and endurance.

SECOND, WE BUILD A PERSONALIZED PROGRAM.

As part of your consultation your trainer will guide you through a movement assessment, perform a non invasive body composition test on our INBODY scanner, and build a unique program based on your goals and abilities with tangible data so that you can track your Progress.

Transformation for lasting results

THIRD, YOU’LL BEGIN YOUR TRANSFORMATION.

Your trainer will help keep you accountable and support you as you work through your program and along with our holistic approach you’ll develop habits and nutritional Knowledge for lasting results inside and out.
