The People! Since joining the Bossfit Team last year I can truly say you become part of something bigger, you’re part of a family.

WHY DID YOU BECOME A TRAINER?

After going through a few hard years of unhealthy habits, I decided enough was enough. Over the course of a year I lost more than 60 pounds and now I’m in the best shape of my life. I became so addicted to fitness that I decided to dedicate my career to it. I want to help others overcome obstacles in their fitness journey! I want to show people that a healthy lifestyle can be achievable with the right guidance and work ethic, while of course having fun along the way!

It’s gotta be the MURPH.

WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL WEEKEND?

I love to travel, and explore new places, be by the water, eat good food…and of course workout! Put all those together in the same weekend and I’m in heaven!
