By sharing my own fitness journey and really through leading by example. It takes time and dedication to reach our goals and to live a better and healthier life, so showing someone it can be done goes a long way.

HARDEST WORKOUT YOU’VE RECENTLY DONE?

Recently, I did a 2hr stairclimber with a 35lbs weighted vest, then went on to do 50-40-30-20-10 of strict pull-ups, bench press, DB snatches, and burpees. And let’s just say my body was pretty beat the next day!

FAVORITE WAY TO SPEND THE WEEKEND?

I love a good beach day! Spending time with my wife and dog at the beach, Nothing Better!

WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS TO TRAIN?

It has to be the 5am class and the morning crew who wakes up so early with me, trains their ass off, and always has a positive attitude which is so bad ass!

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT BOSS?

I love ALL the people and the coaches that are here with me. It truly is an amazing community with such welcoming and warm people!
